Vibroacoustic therapy uses felt sound
Low-frequency sound (roughly 30–80 Hz) is converted into physical vibration through a specialized chair, so instead of just hearing calming tones, your body feels them directly in muscle and tissue.

No. OHM is a wellness studio, not a clinical or medical provider. What we offer can be a meaningful complement to therapy, medication, or medical care for autoimmune or stress-related conditions — but it isn’t a substitute for any of them. Please keep your doctor or therapist in the loop.

For most people, yes — it’s low-risk and non-invasive. It’s generally not recommended during pregnancy or for people with pacemakers, very low blood pressure, or a history of blood clots. Tell us about any relevant health conditions when you book so we can recommend the right session.

There’s no version of “bad at it” here. You’re guided the entire time, the chair does real physical work regardless of how still your mind gets, and a wandering mind is normal, not a failure.

Come as you are. Comfortable clothing is all you need — we provide everything else, including tea after your session.
